Ian Collins Hoorah
We don't have enough talk stations in the UK, so many years back when Talk Radio UK was launched I thought "Great, just what we want", Back then it was Scott Chisholm, Tommy Boyd, Vannessa Feltz (I think) David Starkey, it was great! Over the years some gems really came through, James Whale was great, George Galloway was always interesting, but one particular guy shone out for me, Ian Collins, then with the creatures of the night. This was essential listening for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Over the years Talk Radio UK morphed into Talksport and as a consequence Ian Got moved around and then disappeared, with the station aiming at pure sport. There are still some funny moments on Talk Sport partcularly when Andy Goldstein talks about rankings and the ranking table. However I digress, By using the search I managed to find this podcast by Mr Ian Collins. It's great to hear him again. We have spoke on a couple of occasions but he wouldn't remember. My only woe is that using the medium of a podcast we miss those late night live fantastic phone conversations with hilarious drunks that Ian could wrap around his finger. Legend. Welcome back Ian, I've subscribed and it's great to hear you again! Dibble, Stafford. (not really it's Ian's Mum)
