Do you want to make your dreams come true? Indeed, I'm really focused on making my dreams a reality. I believe that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible Do you share your dreams with others? Yes, I often share my dreams with close friends and family. It's like opening a window into my inner world, fostering deeper connections and understanding. Do you think dreams have special meanings? I certainly believe that dreams can hold profound meanings. They often mirror our deepest fears and desires, acting as a symbolic language of our subconscious mind. Part 2: Describe a positive change that you made in your life. You should say: what it is why you did it who you did it with and explain how you feel about the change. One significant change I made was adopting a healthier lifestyle. I decided to do this because I wanted to have more energy and be healthier overall. This decision came after a regular health check made me realize how important it is to take care of my body. I made this change with a close friend, which made the process not only more enjoyable but also accountable. We teamed up to keep each other on track, sharing healthy recipes and workout routines, which really helped us stick with it. Looking back, I feel great about this change. I have much more energy now, and I feel good overall. Making this change has really improved my life, showing that taking action early can make a big difference in your health. Part 3 Is it easier for young people to change? Young people often find it easier to embrace change, as they are usually more open to new ideas and experiences. Their youth allows them to adapt quickly and bounce back from setbacks with relative ease. However, this flexibility isn't just a matter of age; it also depends on one's mindset and willingness to step out of their comfort zone. Is it easy for older people to change? For older people, changing can be harder. They often have their usual ways of doing things and might find it tough to start something different. However, they can still change if they really want to; it might just take more effort. How can people change their daily routine if they want to? To change a daily routine, one should start by setting small, manageable goals. Gradually incorporating new habits and sticking to them consistently is key. It's also helpful to keep track of progress and celebrate small wins, as this can boost motivation and help cement new habits. What are the disadvantages when people keep making changes? Changing things all the time can make life unstable and make it hard to focus on one thing for long. It might stop you from getting really good at something because you're always moving to the next thing. It can also be tiring and might upset friends AND family who don't like so much change.
