“I’ve been watching, and listening, to IFL since the start and what I first thought of as a breath of fresh air has turned into an amateur, lazy, back slapping boys club. Frightened to ask incisive questions in case they upset someone and are left out of the jollies.
The latest podcast with the ‘GAD’ hits a new low. Neither the GAD or the interviewer sound like they can be bothered. The gaps in the answer made me think I’d lost connection.
Why wasn’t the GAD given the categories beforehand? The boxing knowledge of the two protagonists was pitiful. How has the GAD been able to nick a living from boxing for so long?
I listened to the BBC review pod with Steve Bunce after and that’s how it’s done. Insightful, knowledgeable and humorous with eclectic and diverse guests.”
