The way you operate is like a phone. There are an endless number of things a phone can do, but most of these things require you to download a program or app. Similarly, your own abilities are limited by your “programs”, or beliefs. You may talk about the things you want to achieve, but if you don’t have the right beliefs there’s no way to make it happen. In this episode, Adi introduces a simple exercise that you can use to rewrite these programs and put yourself on the path to achieving your goals
