Beautiful Guidance
I am so grateful that I sat down and listened to this podcast. I’ve been feeling so out of alignment lately and listening to Sophie and Adi I have been able to learn to trust my intuition again. This time period is so overwhelming, with Covid, the atrocious human rights violations, and so much more that I’ve felt powerless over and it’s so helpful to hear such grounded voices speak about these topics and help me realize that there are things I can do to make the world a better place. I struggle with voicing my opinion and setting boundaries and this podcast, particularly Sophie, has really helped me realize not only the importance but that I actually have that power within me. Thank you both for sharing!
