My daily self care routine& I CAN’T get enough
I have been in recovery for the past 2 years. And have made it 14 months.that’s great and all but now I felt I needed to start another avenue of self care and improvement. I started walking 5-10km a day and trying to eat better as a start. It was only a month ago a friend introduced me to the show after talking about self care and self improvement with a him. He sent me a link to the show and I gave it a listen that night. And now I literally can not get enough. From that night to now I listen to the show daily. I start my day with a cup of coffee followed by putting on my headphones pressing play and heading out for a walk. Within the last month I up’d my distance from 5-10km to 10-20km and it’s because of the show! Half the time I just press play and go and before you know it I have walked for a couple hours. The podcast has changed my prospective on not just life but addiction as well. It puts me in to a very peaceful and mindful state and I can’t get enough nor can I thank you guys enough. Keep up the amazing job. Thank you for changing my life. Peace and love. Kyle R.

Sophie and Adi aren’t afraid to go deep and have the meaningful conversations we all should be having. Their honesty with each other and themselves is refreshing and inspiring. Their guests are an eclectic mix of people who are doing equally amazing things and living inspiring lives. I’m hooked!
