I started listening to this podcast around the time that it began and I’ve been hooked ever since. Even when I take breaks from listening to podcasts, I ALWAYS look forward to the backlog of episodes I’ve missed when I come back. The reasons I love them so much is because of their relatability, the variety in their content, their inclusive roster of podcast guests, and their vulnerability. Their messages - even when having hard conversations - bring me a great deal of comfort because they always either say what I need to hear or say the things I don’t have the words for. Their podcast make the mundane work days a little brighter, the walks more enjoyable, and the car rides feel way too short. Xo

What an honest couple. I have come to really adore Sophie and Dr. Adi and love being brought into these conversations with them. Such truth and vulnerability and insight! Would definitely recommend!
