Description
We used to get on planes as though they were buses but, these days, that feels a bit more complicated, expensive and wrong. So what do you do if you long for adventure? Pine for discovery? But you feel grounded - and not in the good way? Well, we have our friend Melinda Stevens on the podcast this week – she’s about as expert as travel experts get. She edited Conde Nast Traveller UK and US for years and she’s just launched Loupe - a new initiative entirely designed to give us a new way to look at the UK. Perhaps there really is a whole world on our doorstep: new openings, rich regions, hotels, shops, villages, oh my. Anything interesting happening on this sceptred isle? She’s in the loop.
