He became the face of the website Cracked.com during its hey-day, the popularity of which allowed him to branch off and create his own podcast network Small Beans (which can be found wherever you listen to podcasts).  Michael is a genuine creative hero of mine so it was an honour to chat to him about his career, his new book 'The Climb' and being scared of death.
