“Actually, a show for ALL times, but with the stress we’re all facing now (global pandemic, election, inequality, policing issues, etc), many of us are feeling mental fatigue - if not outright mentally unwell. This show explains mental health issues and illnesses in such a relatable way, often with anecdotal or pop cultural references, but mainly with the science. I have found myself taking notes, because there’s a lot of good content I find myself wanting to research or go back to. Lastly, a major take away of this show is to remove the stigma of mental illnesses. Five stars for that aspect alone!”
