Will Listen Every Week!
This podcast could not have come at a better time for me. The hosts are hilarious, and the content is something I haven’t quite found on any other podcast so far. I really appreciate the education the hosts and the people they interview have brought to the table. I have been trying to access Black mental health resources in order to further process my own trauma, my brothers PTSD, and my biological fathers addiction. I’m so grateful to have found this podcast via a commercial on Hey Girl which I found via a commercial on iWeigh with Jameela Jamil. I’m so grateful to be in a society full of women standing to make a change, and reminding themselves that change is slow and steady and rest is not optional.

I love this podcast! I was searching for a mental health podcast that prioritized the perspective of a black mental health lens. Dr. Imani’s advice and words each week are so welcome. I listen to this podcast as I workout, and it literally feels like zen afterwards!
