Really enjoying these podcasts. It seems this format makes it easy for these creative folks to express themselves a little more freely, honestly and thoughtfully than in the average filmed interview. Too often in filmed interviews actors consciously or subconsciously resort to acting, and writers, directors and producers become a little to camera conscious. The interviewer does a very good job of focusing on the subject at hand , not assuming the role of subject herself. Bravo Impact, well done!
