In the past couple of days I listened to two impactful conversations - one between Ed Mylett and Joe Dispenza, and the other between Mel Robbins and Jay Shetty. Both conversations had a similar message - that we create negative emotional homes for ourselves, aka "Campaigns of Misery" which we practice day in and day out. In this episode I identify my 4 main emotional homes that I stay in, and how I intend to overcome them.
