Depression
Best ways I got out a depressed mind is to live in the present moment, get back into some type of physical activity that excites me and is fun and takes care of my body and it’s health, and music that uniquely gives you a good vibe. Happiness starts with you- not your money, your job, or your relationships. It’s Within yourself, you can choose for today to be your greatest day. Feel the excitement of today May be your greatest day and how from a thought or vision arises about how a great day would feel, manifest those thoughts or visions into action and do what would make today great consciously, the day will go in a flash because you were so joyful . When you have that thought about something so beautiful unique to you that no one has ever done , that’s your own authentic unique self thinking that and you should never doubt yourself or let a negative thought process stop you from that. Instead, you can think about the great possibilities that can come from that by creating it into your life. Know that every day is New , it has never happened before, and you create your days , you have the power to live your best life now and nothing is stopping you except maybe , You. It’s about trying things out regardless of if it wasn’t fulfilling. You want to figure out and explore , what is it that you really want out of this life. I am finding out and exploring and experiencing to keep on learning and see what is it that I really want to manifest and commit myself to it. I know once I will find this that I want out of life, I will manifest this because I am committed to that I want in this beautiful life, if I fail or fall 100 times in my efforts to manifest this, 100 lessons learned but still keep going because Consistency is key to success, this has been key in how much stronger I have become in working out. All that matters with any goal like working out and becoming a stronger human being or healing your depression as it did for me along with meditation, time, music, and nature is the consistency and that you really want it. That you really want to not feel depressed within no more because you come to the realization, Everything you feel within is your own making, so make what you feel within to the right climate you want it to be and be gentle and loving towards yourself ❤️☀️🤩.All of your experience is within yourself in your own unique pov and life and yet we are all still one, in many diverse unique different life forms. We all experience life just in different individualistic experiences connected as a whole. Many races but at the basis of it, the Human Race. I can talk i can really talk , you are Dope if you read all of this. Coming from a place of that I’ve learned so much and I’d love to bless someone life with my words and relate.
