Less giggling, more info please.
Currently navigating a vegetarian/GF/anti-inflammatory diet due to increased endo flares and was excited to see such relevant episode titles. Unfortunately I had to listen on 2x speed because probably half of the podcast is giggling banter & filler. I was hoping to find a resource where experience and information was highlighted but this isn’t it.

Thank you for the inspiration that you give! I love the way you face your challenges with humor. You've helped me bring laughter and levity to such a serious and difficult part of my life. I'm also learning so much about endo that I never knew. I really appreciate your hard work!!Read full review »

I have learned so much from this podcast. Amy and Brittany (love you ladies!) are objective and supportive and bring you important info on this illness in a really fun way. They empower you, validate you, and their humor cheers you up on the high pain days.

This podcast has so much knowledge and they put it in words that help you understand better. Very realistic and relatable. They definitely have a good sense of humour and I enjoy listening to this a lot! Keep it up!
