China is marking 40 years since the economic reforms of Deng Xiaoping kick-started the changes that turned the Communist country into a super-power. But are some of those reforms now coming to an end? China's current leader, President Xi Jinping, is concentrating more power under his control and has to deal with bloated state-owned companies.
