Highly educative and refreshing
Jackson’s science based and holistic approach to endurance sports training and nutrition is refreshing and a much needed contribution given today’s engagement driven society! Have been a huge listener/follower since the start of the TFF days, which made me go vegan because of the well presented science. Highly recommend the podcast for endurance athletes that know that hacks or fad diets and bro science are not the right way and that endurance sports should be a lifestyle, and that what we eat affects more than just ourselves!
