Not sure anymore
I really enjoyed the first episode and thought this serious was going to be thoughtful, insightful in a period that wasn’t kind to lgbtqia2s but after hearing the episode about Lagerfeld and then the episode about Tom Ford I have been so disappointed. In fact some of Tom Ford’s quotes are so crinch worthy it made me realized how out of touch with white privilege this podcast was. The fact that Tom Ford can reminisce with glee and pride that he was hired for his ‘looks’ for his first job trivializes every woman struggle who has had to endure predatory sexual discrimination in their jobs.
