I spend the majority of my time wrapped up in survival. I’ve been on the wellness world for many years and left because it felt like just another reminder of how systemic whiteness separates all of us really, by class. A friend recommended I listen to this podcast. Reluctantly (knowing very little about the host) I listened thinking ....ugh yet another privileged white yoga woman selling spiritually. The first episode guest had a nuanced conversation about plant medicine and ancestral trauma and some wisdom about the tribes of Israel that transplanted to the African continent. I know nothing about the state of Israel other than what I hear on liberal political podcasts. The podcast lovingly educated me on a specific viewpoint and I was inspired to learn more. Podcasts like this one are the first step for anyone who is interested in expanding their personal bubbles to connect to universal oneness. Well done! Thank you for sharing this beautiful podcast with the world.
