“I do really like this podcast because Dr. Berlin has a gentle demeanor and asks a lot of interesting questions. However, some of the guests are just so self absorbed, it’s cringy to listen to. Women who hire videographers AND photographers (for first time home births…. girl, this is not your wedding). It does always make me chuckle because the guests who are the most extra always end up medicated at the hospital after laboring at home in pain for 24 hours unnecessarily. I’m not sure why so many of these women put so much pressure on these ridiculous birth plans so they can be as “natural” and “pure” and “manifesting” as possible. Anyway, lots of eye rolls, but 4 stars because I can’t stop listening even though many guests are living on another planet.”
