I was feeling so frustrated with other narcissistic abuse podcasts because it felt like most episodes were about the traits or signs of narcissists. Any advice on actually healing was so generic and usually advertised a recovery course. This podcast gives in-depth interviews with survivors and walks through the highs and lows of recovery.
