Lynn Shollen is Associate Professor of Leadership Studies and department chair in the Department of Leadership and American Studies at Christopher Newport University, a public liberal arts institution in Newport News, Virginia, in the United States. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Higher Education Policy and Administration.
