“Overall the podcast is great, it provides lot of learnings for commercial property, but the service Rethink provides is not really as Scott describes, and the quality service that Phil has said he is receiving is definitely not the service that the rest of us receive.
I used Rethink Investing and Under their recommendation Rethink legal. The property they found me I am very happy with, but I didn’t get the “hours” on the phone Scott said they spend, making sure I understood the deal and the due diligence they did. My experience with Rethink Legal was appalling and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They didn’t explain the contract detail to me, they missed things in the contract that I picked up, my emailed questions were often ignored, and I have been abused repeatedly by their lawyer who I was told is the director of Rethink Legal.
As I mentioned the podcast contains great info and well worth listening to, but if you engage Rethink Investing the service received is not what Scott says they provide”
