Everyone talks about how he needs to take the next step as a passer, but what does that look like and is there a tangible statistic or group of statistics that he needs to meet in order to get a contract extension? Also, if he doesn’t meet those tangible stats but the birds still make it deep in the playoffs, what do they do?”
