Introducing Insight Faster—a podcast by MDPI where we'll be putting the researcher on speaker! We spoke to some of our authors to understand what motivates their research and their experience of conducting it! Join host Jasper Clow as we consider the progress made in the recent years and uncover some worrying future perspectives, but some exciting ones as well! Series 1 is mostly centred around sustainability, including interviews with authors from the Sustainability journal alongside chats with some of the winners of the World Sustainability Awards and Emerging Sustainability Leader Awards. It's a huge topic, and we won't be able to cover all of it, but we've tried to address some of the issues that you might not have heard about, in conversation with academics who are leading the field. Alongside this, we'll also be speaking to a researcher from the University of Manchester who's been using gestural interfaces for musical composition. Tune in this time next week (January 12th) as we get started by talking to Dr Panu Pihkala, a researcher at the University of Helsinki and Finland's leading expert on Eco-Anxiety. We'll be exploring how we all navigate our own relationship with the climate crisis, and I promise it's not all bad news.
