Substack is a place of constant connection, and over the past few months I’ve had the pleasure of discovering and getting to know many people from all over the world via the platform. Collaborating with others is by far my favourite way of working, so I was delighted when reached out to see if I was interested in creating something together. Sarah and I share a background as teachers who moved away from the profession at a similar time.
