Awesome episode!
As a breast cancer survivor, I listen to podcasts from time to time to keep up on the latest news. Dr T. shares information in a way that is both informative and motivating for a person stepping into survivorship. This episode in particular about nutrition and diet was so helpful for someone after active treatment. Some of the information shared was so simple but I can imagine it making a big impact (like planning ahead to ensure you are getting the most nutrient dense unprocessed food during a stressful time so you are not stuck eating junk when u are feeling not great to begin with!) I can also see how it could be so helpful for someone in treatment or for a caregiver supporting someone going through active treatment. Bravo to both of you! Hoping for a part 2 with more useful tips at some point in the future!
