Dr. Wagner shares his background with the Enneagram and his dissertation that explored how the Enneagram correlated with other personality tests. He also talks about what good academic work looks like in the realm of the Enneagram and what he sees as the next step in the Enneagram’s journey to help it remain useful and not lose its relevance.
