Descendants of the enslaved search for the bodies of their ancestors
What a thrilling adventure! While some have excavated archeological sites, and others excavate through DNA, charting the seas along the slave trade routes where as many as 1/3 of the passengers died and were thrown overboard or where ships were lost at sea is certain to be a new way to discover what happened along the way. Thank you for providing additional light to our nation’s founding and opening our understanding of this very unexplored portion of this horrific global practice.

I found it disappointing and tough to get over the constant tribalism/identity by skin color for groups and even individuals and with it the false idea that slaves were captured (minority of) and not traded (Majority of) I also found it disappointing that some divers think they are getting closer...Read full review »
