“Great podcast and great vibe. Love the topics. But one topic kinda made m side eye. When they talked about millennials and corporate America with POC, it almost felt like racism in corporate America was trivialized just bc they didn’t experience it smh. I am a millennial and yes corps are hiring more POC but we have to make sure it’s not for a “token” reason bc they want to seem diverse which a lot of that is happening. I want to feel connected to spiritual black women and love to hear and see more of us connecting to our spiritual roots but we can’t forget the activism bc that’s part of our culture and is reflected in all spaces we inhabit”
