Description
This special bonus episode is edited from an interview with Tamar Medford on her podcast The Road Beyond Recovery, and I feel our conversation should be shared. We talk about energy healing and how it can help people with trauma and addiction. Speaking about observing patterns, accepting existing reality, how to feel safe in your body, and why some people can’t seem to meditate and the relation healing has to recovery. Enjoy!
Opening Up with Energy Work
Before her interview with me, we had a session together to experience energy healing. In Tamar and I worked on her energy in a session prior to this interview, Tamar discovered how to open up using energy work. She also experienced a shift in her energy between our first and second sessions.
My clients call me the “energetic plumber,” because I work with individuals to clean out patterns constricting their life forces. I can see and sense these patterns in and around people’s bodies, around their energy fields, auric fields, and generational patterns.
Listen in to discover the energetic backbones of my session with Tamar, how your body can physically hold onto trauma, how observing patterns can lead to healing, and why drugs and alcohol blur our ability to recognize what we need to let go of in order to move forward with healing.
