In this episode, Karen Killalea shares the key learning points from a recent decision of the Irish Workplace Relations Commission. An employee was awarded the maximum compensation available under the Irish Employment Equality Acts of two years remuneration. The Adjudication Officer was critical of the employer's response of the complaint and the management of the investigation which followed the complaint. Karen explains the background to this case and shares the key and practical learning points from this important decision.
