General
Fascinatingly articulate and profound discourse around the history of the collections, beautifully connected to current themes such as colonial era acquisitiveness, religion, the monarchy, and global culture. The Yinka Shonibare interview on Empire and Art is a good example. I also appreciate the mentions of Charles 1st, and the beginning of the collections, as we now have Charles 3rd as the head of state. I live in Vancouver Canada, first generation, and I really enjoy Lucy Worsely’s honest and enlightened approach to the history of the empire. We are in the era of Truth and Reconciliation, so please continue the content around colonial rule and the commonwealth. (Capitalizations purposefully included or excluded)
