A Q & A with William L. Fleisher co-founder and first Commissioner of the world-renowned Vidocq Society. He is the Director of Keystone Intelligence Network, Inc., and Assistant Director of the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training. He retired as Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the Philadelphia office of the US Customs Service. Mr. Fleisher is also a former special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a supervisor with the Philadelphia Police Department. He has over 42 years of experience in LE and investigation and has been a polygraph examiner since 1975. An internationally recognized expert in Behavior Symptom Analysis. He is the recipient of the Customs Service Distinguished Service Medal & Award for his efforts in developing interviewing techniques for customs inspectors. He is the co-founder of the world-renowned Vidocq Society, an organization of forensic experts, which assists law enforcement and victims' families in solving unsolved homicides.
