S3EP13. Isirka Reflections. This podcast originally served as a way for me to document my stories and experiences in traveling to Somali lands + across the diaspora. However, now after a couple years of producing this podcast centered on identity, culture and belonging I've learned a few things and want to grow in different ways. In this episode, I touch on a bit of my journey and some "aha moments" I've had recently. It's never over and as Nipsey Hussle used to say "The Marathon Continues".
