On this episode, Darren & Jake sit down and talk to powerlifter - Ali Jawad. Ali has represented Team GB at 3 Paralympics and won silver at the 2016 games in Rio. He has a diagnosis on Crohn's disease and it is amazing to hear how he has battled it whilst competing at an elite sporting level. This is a fascinating insight and we hope you enjoy listening to it.
