A guy who is NOT Tom Skerritt commits murder and paparazzi are just THE WORST.

Maybe the best episode of the whole series, IMHO. Ambrose as the Mycroft to Monk's Sherlock was was pretty perfect. I think I have a huge crush on Holt McAllany.

Mr Monk and Sharona spit and squirt condiments from a highway overpass, then go to Tiptoplofts. Mr Monk closes Tiiptooplofts for five minutes to attend a party at Dorfmann's house, trappingDisher in the store. Stottlemeyer unknowingly throws gum in Karen's hair, and Sharona tries to remove it by putting peanut butter and mayonnaise on her hair. While bike riding with Dale the Whale, Juan Chioran suffers an allergic reaction to the bee's sting and rides to the hospital, but the orderlies admit...

So many fun cameos on this episode. The movie theater trainee was from the movie Angus. DO YOU REMEMBER THAT MOVIE?? Alan tells the story of a lost hiker from his childhood that does not end well. Arielle did NOT have to shove any pancakes under the door.

Beverage and Pancake Chat to start the show. A discussion of Hef Parodies. MAGNETS

This episode description is inaccurate, y'all! So many rich people! Alan gets a hearty lesson on Jewish holidays.

We loved watching this episode. Amy Sedaris is back. We meet Sharona's mom. Monk speed dating. So many good things.

Stottlemeyer has some marriage troubles and moves in with Monk for a couple days and we are the beneficiaries of this relationship. Thanksgiving talk. Brussel sprouts should be green, but they taste so much better smoked and blackened. Is it controversial to say pot roast is so much better than pork loin?

Sharona has a fear of elephants and Monk is cruelly unsympathetic and Sharona makes him suffer. It was beautiful.

We get personal about food and stuff this week, even though this wasn't a monk food episode... it was a Monk NUDE episode.

Monk slowly dries out and is sleep deprived and starved, voluntarily. They are also in "Mexico," but iterally 11 words are spoken in Spanish the whole episode.

Some great 80's actors. New Benjy. New Apartment. So many clock towers. Pay Teachers a liveable wage!

Sometimes it's hard to have a great conversation about a good episode! We talk crimes committed by Monk. We are excited to see what Canadian things have been removed from the show.  Did Sharona really fly to Newark to pick up a new Benjy? Is the Music Man one of Monk's favorite musicals and is he a Freakin' Tattle Tale?

This episode talks a lot of streaking, bad nerve science and bow tie pasta. Our most reluctant fashion award yet! I lost count at the quantity of Canadians in this episode. Also this episode cover tiptoplofts.com

Amy Sedaris as Aunt Gale is the treasure we should always seek. We almost got a Kitty Malone award this week! Some delightful interruptions Arielle owns almost all these clothes I did an auto-edit feature that screwed up my lines a little bit, but I don't have the patience to go back and undo it this week. Sorry! Check out our facebook group or reach us at twitter!

Monk and Trudy's vacation is ruined when they decide to spend $.25 on Benjy's entertainment instead of renting him a jetski. This episode features comedy, infidelity, comic abuse and quiet racism. AWESOME! But we had fun pointing it out! Sharona sweeps the fashion award this week! We added a new award for "Least Canadian" because the majority of speaking parts were NON-Canadian.

Arielle and Alan go on a LOOOONG tangent about local furniture retailers. Furniture is expensive, y'all. Noone could convine Alan this episode was shot in San Francisco. This whole episode stood on shaky ground.

I got a new microphone! Hopefully I make clearer sounds. Monk has a sleepover Stottlemeyer is clearly trying to quit smoking but the show doesn't mention it. Arielle returns from Zurich to regail us with tales from the lake house (No Keanu though). Check out our facebook page! It's really fun!  I'm @lawthreeper on twitter if you want to message me. Special Thanks to Brandy White and Marcus Roberts for the brain storm sessions.

Mr Monk and the Billionaire Mugger Guest host, Brandy White takes a seat and talks billionaires and fashion and spousal support. There was some REAL hot chemistry. I honestly think this is the first time Alan has ever flirted with a guest! Fashion is discussed. Money is discussed. Most importantly, Monk loves Lamp.

Arielle and Alan cover important topics like whether chicken cacciatore is just watered down spaghetti. Neither of us are professionals, but there is no way that could be a functioning mental health institution. Monk ignores MOST of his compulsions this episode. Kevin Nealon is still amazing. Thanks a lot. That's not how glow paint works. The stunt double looks like Tom Hanks in a wig. Santa wears spats. Not much fashion.

Audio issues cut the episode short today, but we still talked a LOT about the amazing short-lived character Kitty Malone. Folks. You shouldn't miss watching this episode. So many theories in the episode, including a corn dog stabbing which may or may not have happened. We will never truly know what went on under that trailer hitch. Go to our facebook group! We'd love to hear from you! I'm @lawthreeper on Twitter

Say no to fat shaming and sex work-shaming. Arielle and Alan can't agree on the fashion choice of the week. A secretly public apology. How do you pronounce Chioran?
Published 08/24/20
Mr Monk and the Psychic Alan apparently has an unhealthy obsession with ramps... and syllables. Arielle also shares that her dog shares the same middle name as her cohost. Also, apparently Linda Kash was the real star of the episode. Apologies to my wife. Our house is lovely.

An open discussion about the series, Monk and it's actors and how it relates to us almost 20 years later.
