“Hey lovers… I listen to a LOT of podcasts but they are mainly true crimes which are solved as I like to see justice served. However many of them are dark and heavy so I subscribe to a few comedy and celebrity pods as well and intersperse them.
I listened to the first (?and ?2nd) season of your pod and absolutely loved it, you were so hilarious, but for some reason I thought you’d finished podcasting after lockdown was over and I deleted the app because my phone is always running out of space.
What a joy when I realised you had done season 3 and 4! I went back to the beginning and am bingeing them but spacing them out as I never want them to end.
So many of your topics are relatable and I find myself nodding, laughing and crying at various times. I went through the same process of homeschooling during Covid and realising my youngest (14) was not taking anything in. We were both frustrated because they (now non binary, pronouns they/them) didn’t know why nothing was being retained and I couldn’t understand why they didn’t get things when I explained them so thoroughly. Told the GP, got a referral and yes they have inattentive ADHD. And like Sailor, meds made a HUGE difference. I don’t have it but I asked their father to get tested and he is borderline.
I especially love the spooky dooky eps and the ones where things kids do are discussed. Even the poo and wee ones don’t faze me!
George has a wonderful voice and I can hear how he’s blossoming in confidence and maturity. I can hear Grant is much more than an entertaining TV host, he’s a real person who real things happen to. But Chezzi I love you the most, you’re an absolute STAR. Never leave me pleeeeeze 👏👏👏😘”
