“As a superfan, I love the behind the scenes insight and tidbits about the making of the show. “People talking to each other” pods can be real hit or miss for me and this one COULD be a hit I think, once they get into a groove. I love having Mae’s voice and perspective here, and would prefer her to be sort of a moderator in the sense of “as a viewer, xyz scene was really impactful - can you talk more about what went into that?”
I think the show could stand a little bit of organization and planning, merging the authenticity of the hosts with the real stuff we want to hear instead of random ramblings. The current “uptight dad trying to rein in his scallywag kids” vibe between the hosts doesn’t strike a good balance at present. Will keep listening for now!”
