“This relatively new podcast covers everything Bond, from movie reviews to soundtracks, from books to gadgets to legal fighting and trivia.
It is a high quality podcast, made by two nice chaps who are obviously very enthusiastic about Bond, and who are good at communicating this enthusiasm, which makes the show very enjoyable.
It is a great source of information, for the topics they cover are usually analysed in depth.
They also interview people who were instrumental in creating the movies back in the 60s: those episodes are worth watching, not just listening to, because of the fascinating documents they recorded on film while visiting their guests.
Finally, I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because, although their knowledge in quite remarkable, they seem to sometimes miss a few details when analysing films. As somebody else has mentioned, they often confess they haven’t watch this or that movie recently. I think they should have checked ALL of them before starting this show.
I humbly think they could have deepened their already great knowledge on Bond, and that they could be even more maniacs for minutiae and details.
Admittedly, it is a bit like criticising a guy for having made “only”one billion Pounds or Dollars with his business, instead of two…
Anyway, great stuff! I strongly recommend it.”
