Monica can be seen in the HBO documentary, "Unlocking The Cage" and she recently made headlines for representing Happy the elephant in New York's highest court. A New York Times article stated Happy was "The Loneliest Elephant" due to her 40 plus year isolation in the Bronx Zoo. Happy's attorneys fought to free her from the zoo and bring her to a sanctuary. Jamie and Monica go over the details and the outcome of the landmark trial. Jamie shares her personal connection to Happy and how she once met her.
