“Love Jeff, been a fan for years and love the content of this podcast. But OH MY GOD the sound quality is awful.
I listen on AirPods at the gym and most of the time I have to turn the volume all the way to the max just to hear what they’re saying (I don’t have this problem with any of the other podcasts I listen to). Then suddenly they’ll laugh about something and it so loud, my ears practically bleed. Basically, the sound is so incredibly variable in volume that it makes it impossible to listen to.
They need to either coach all of the talent to speak at a more stable level or maybe get a sound engineer to monitor volume and help mitigate some of the variability. Isn’t that just a basic thing that any sound engineer should be doing? I thought this podcast came from Sirius so just assumed they would have professionals involved in the production.”
