“I learned about Jocko from the Ferriss show and was impressed with his achievements and personal philosophy, so I had high expectations for this podcast. But the first episode is almost unlistenable. The co-host seems unprepared and inexperienced. Worse, he comes across like an undisciplined weakling: the exact opposite of Jocko. So what purpose does he serve exactly? The format needs a major overhaul and they need to get rid of the host.”
