“Awesome insights into leadership, but because these are all videos, the files are HUGE and the show struggles to play if you listen over data, rather than downloading the show while you’re on wifi. It is honestly painful to listen to because it skips or buffs all the time. The video doesn’t really do anything for the content and I’d bet most podcast listeners do just that- they listen and don’t watch. Save some time and effort and just put the videos on YouTube, then download the audio and put it here for the podcast.”
