“I injured my knee and started using Aleve to do the work without all the pain. I am fasting for 5 days every other week and avoiding sugar when not fasting. I appreciate the reminder to take minerals, especially Magnesium, omega 3 fatty acids and Chia seeds. I plan to use epsome salt in our gardens. The PLU code was an eye opener! A great program!
