Relatable, Thought Provoking, & Encouraging
This podcast is only one episode in and it is already impacting me. Their first official episode, “it’s okay to like yourself” is so relevant right now. We are in a self love and self care culture but what does that even look like through the lense of the gospel and being a believer? Many of us encourage others daily to be kind to their selves and promote this self love culture. Yet, we hate ourselves or on the other end of the spectrum we think we are the “end all be all”. Madyson and Briana paint their own struggles beautifully by showing how they’re mindset on who they were didn’t measure up until they looked at the Creator and what He says about us. The Image of God. It is okay to like ourself. It doesn’t make us prideful. But we have to look at ourselves through the Creators eyes. This podcast takes a relevant topic and points us to the Lord, the only true help and way. If you’re looking for encouragment and some laughter, try it out and press play.
