“The first couple episodes I listened to, I really liked, but when I got to the massive episode that’s about 8 hours, I had to quit listening when the narrator wouldn’t move the plot along for TWENTY MINUTES. How many different ways are you going to describe how the cat seems to be doing better after getting rid of a painting and that you’re still haunted by the same dream? Y’all get paid by the word or something?
After reading some of the reviews, I totally understand why some people say this is AI generated content. The stories don’t make sense and it’s like someone fed instructions to fill an 8-hour block of time with 4 stories that could’ve been told in ten minutes (altogether), and it went hilariously awry. But the content is clearly pulled from Reddit’s r/nosleep subReddit and the authors are credited, so this seems to be a choice on the show makers’ part to choose stories for length rather than quality.”
