The MLBPA and the league are at odds over the root causes of one of the games biggest problems: arm injuries to pitchers.  Over the years there has been a steady rise in the number of Tommy John surgeries being performed on pitchers and since the start of the season, just a couple of weeks ago, there are already a significant number of pitchers who are dealing with season-ending elbow injuries.  Senior writer from The Athletic, Andy McCullough joins the show to give his take on the issue.
