“This is an excellent podcast. Mike has a lot of fantastic guests with a lot of experience. I wish that he had more guests on who had gotten started in the past year or so. I would like to know how the newbies selected their niche, how they obtained financing for their deals, and then answers to mundane questions like how they get health insurance if they don't have a job. Mike does a great job of listening and asking follow up questions and the production quality is excellent. Keep up the good work!”
