“I really want to like this podcast - I’ve followed Rachel for years, love her recipes and a lot of my favorite brands in the health and wellness space I’ve discovered have come from her platform, but this podcast made me see her in a different light. I’m ever episode with her husband, she comes off so demeaning and straight up rude, which seems to be a common thread in other reviews. It’s sad and honestly really hard to listen to. When I saw her Instagram teases of the episode talking about how vulnerable and honest the episode is, I was expecting something much different (i.e. not just bagging on her husband). Unfortunately, this is going to be the last time I give this podcast a try, as I don’t want to lose more respect for Rachel than I already have.

“I’ve been part of the community for a while on instagram! I love seeing her stories and this just is like an 1 hour + story. The conversations are always interesting and I learn something new every time! The only thing I wish was that it would come out every week not every other!!!”
